IF - Star Gazing

Just a little entry from me this week....

IF - Diary

I wasn't going to do an entry this week but after my day yesterday I simply had to do it!!  

My daughter really did pretend to do the laundry in the kitchen (our washing machine is actually downstairs, completely separate from the kitchen), tried to borrow a Hannah Montanah book (she even scanned it in the self check out machines) and pretended to feed a garden gnome all while wearing her princess dress.  It was exhausting!  

IF - Giant

Even big sisters can turn into scary giants!  My girls love to scare their baby sister a lot and of course she doesn't particularly like it.

This is my attempt at using photoshop.. eh.. still have to do a lot of tinkering to get the style right??

IF - Satellite

Here's my illustration for satellite... It'll probably take me another week just to colour it in!

IF - Trail

One of my daughters has a strange habit of eating an apple and leaving a trail of apple skins and bits through out the house.  I just pray the the kitchen fairies clean it up before the local wildlife finds it!!  

I haven't coloured it in yet... still stuffing around deciding whether or not to use coloured pencils or photoshop..hmmm??

So here it is again coloured with coloured pencils... I think I will attempt it in photoshop as well..

Row, row, row your boat.....sharing your little red boat with a lion, polar bear and a crocodile is pretty fearless!

Mother's Day

Today is mother's day in our part of the world and this little picture is especially for my mum who always visits my blog to see my illustrations.   

We use to love dressing up in mum's dresses and her shoes and now it is so cute to see my little girls do the same thing.  

Happy Mother's to my mum and all the mums out there!!  I hope you're all being pampered today.
